Created a Funnel That Turned Visitors into Subscribers

Overview

Our client — a solo creator running a digital productivity newsletter — was struggling with low subscriber growth despite solid traffic. They had good content, but the site had no clear structure guiding visitors toward the sign-up. The funnel was leaky, and potential subscribers weren’t being captured at the right moment.

They approached us to help clarify the journey, build trust quickly, and increase the number of casual readers who became loyal subscribers.

Our Role

We stepped in to design and build a focused landing experience with one goal: turn visitors into subscribers. That meant removing distractions, crafting value-first messaging, and adding subtle psychological cues to increase trust and urgency.

We also designed a lightweight funnel system — homepage, signup block, thank-you confirmation — so the journey felt fluid from start to finish.
